Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy
• Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Customers have the right to inspect and try the product upon delivery in the presence of the shipping representative.
• If the selected size does not fit, an exchange request can be made while the shipping representative is present. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must remain in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order only in cases of manufacturing defects or clear product issues.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached, original packaging included, and the purchase receipt provided.
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return.
• VELORS reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the reported issue before approving any return or exchange request.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, VELORS will cover all shipping, exchange, or return costs.
